In 2013, Wise began providing services for management control areas.
Service Description
The services provided are as follows:
Business Case Management:
Analysis of business cases / confirmation that the business case meets the financial parameters defined by the company / generation of reports including revenues, costs, and profitability of the submitted offers / gains and/or losses.
Analytical Accounting:
Analysis of opex and revenues by accounting account and cost center / identification and resolution of incidents, new accounts, new cost centers / benchmarking, ad-hoc analyses, cost structures of services for business cases.
Financial Support Service:
Preparation of revenue reports for the client perimeter / budget control and forecasting, analysis of budget deviations and proposal of corrective measures / financial support to other company areas / accounting / controlling: preparation of journal entries (calculation of revenues and expenses), monthly account closing, valuation of value variations, and participation in external audits.
Financial Support Service “Deal Review Board (DRB)”:
Management and analysis of economic offer cases / definition of types of offers (e.g., amounts less than €1 million, between €1 and €5 million, and greater than €5 million) / definition of the approval methodology as well as the company levels where approvals must occur / support in the preparation and presentation of the business plan to the corresponding committees for complex cases where areas have difficulties preparing business plans.
