History

With the signing of the agreement to form a consortium to build a submarine cable between Europe and the U.S., Wise is responsible for project management.

Service Description

Submarine cable installation project management, performing the following activities:

• Lead the installation and activation of the submarine cable, coordinating the activity with the companies involved

• Manage the project planning, monitoring deviations from the schedule and defining contingency plans

• Chair meetings with the submarine cable partners

• Collaborate in managing the acquisition of landing licenses, installation permits, and construction of infrastructures associated with the submarine cable

Result

The installation of two submarine cables, one between Europe and America and another between North and South America.

Wise's contribution

The “experience” required to provide this service.
It is worth noting that the resources capable of delivering this service are very scarce, not only in Spain but worldwide. With this knowledge, we are in a position to lead this type of project.
